Magnus Power has been since its debut a highly regarded product for its high value for money, so we thought we would further improve it by ing a second Aluminum/Mylar shield before the main copper braid shield. This further upgrade that is recognizable for products with the Mark II designation, do not determine a revolutionized or new product, however improved in its already good shielding capacity.

The second shield applied allows for significantly improved protection from EMI/RFI interference that can creep into the power cord on the delicate journey from the wall outlet to the electronics. Remember that this step is very delicate since the closer you get to the devices, the more noise (due to the presence of many other cables and devices) can deteriorate the listening quality in Hi-Fi.

Although its big brothers Dedalus and Invictus go further, Magnus Power guarantees exclusive and durable support for your equipment.
• MARC CONDUCTOR +70%: 4.3 ^mm2 conductors made of 7N MARC Copper 7N (Multicore Annealed Ricable Conductor) with strands 0.1 mm smoother and more compact surface allowing 70% better audio transmission than OFC Copper.
• COPPER CONNECTORS: Finished with the brand new connectors with Copper Contacts and one-piece alloy body turned from billet. With these connectors, there is an improvement in electrical parameters of more than 30% over common brass connectors. 24K Gold plated with specific Gold/Copper electrolysis technique.

• SHIELDED FROM INTERFERENCE: Thanks to the external shielding with braided OFC Copper and the second shielding added in the MKII version, protection from EMI/RFI interference inside and outside the power cable is highly effective.

Contact points are critical in order not to nullify the quality of a conductor, and with Magnus Power we have worked to an optimal connector, designed entirely by us and manufactured with specific technical dictates:

• All contacts are made of oversized one-piece solid copper to ensure perfect contact and optimum signal transmission.
• The resin that makes up the connector is derived from Dedalus and has a higher than normal insulating capacity.
• The body is a metal monoblock turned from billet that integrates an anti-interference ferrite block inside that maintains optimal shielding even at the point of contact.
• 24K Gold plating is made using a specific Gold/Copper electrolysis technique to ensure greater durability.
